Transactional flow of the MoneyGuard system

Fraud system analyses all transactions and if suspicious, it fires a rule. Fraud system sends a message to MoneyGuard with transactional data, what actions it took on the card/account, whether it was declined or placed on hold, the type of event that happened.

This data is used to select the appropriate dialogue and create a message to the customer which can request for a response.

Based on organisational or client preferences, the system selects a channel: SMS, in App push alert, WhatsApp, email or IVR, and requests a response.

Depending on the response and the alert context, it then executes a workflow to take actions as if the client had spoken to an operator.

All actions and responses are visualised in the fraud system for review. Confirmations are removed from operational queues, denials are forwarded to the respective fraud queues.
MoneyGuard makes the customer part of the fraud team instilling confidence.
Mobile Intelligence allows the financial institution to assess if the mobile device can be trusted, and does indeed still belong to the customer.
