JT has won a top award at the Messaging and SMS World 2019 Awards in recognition of its JT Navigate product, providing the communications industry with a solution to deal with the challenges of mobile number portability.
The JT Navigate solution, winner of the ‘Best Messaging API Award’, is a suite of easy-to-integrate APIs providing customers with secure access to ‘real-time’ routing information for SMS delivery.
The solution reduces the time it takes to retrieve crucial data by acting as a central access point, and providing a highly secure environment for operators to use.
Access to the operator’s subscriber information delivers fast integration into existing workflows and decision-making tools, providing accurate data, ensuring high-conversion success and business efficiencies for clients.
Since launch in 2017, JT Navigate has processed more than 13 billion ‘lookup’ requests (at a rate of 5,000 per second) and has grown by 39%.
